Millet, ragi, jowar, urad, moong, whole wheat — the grains that have nourished India for centuries find new shape in our pasta. Sourced direct from farms, milled to order.
The Craft
Slow, bronze, real
Bronze-die extrusion gives every shape a rough, sauce-loving surface. Slow drying at low temperatures preserves the protein, the fibre, the soul.
