Welcome to The Pasta Factory. We are committed to delivering high-quality food products to our customers. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Nature of Products

The Pasta Factory sells packaged food products intended for consumption. Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, returns are subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligible Returns

A return request may be accepted only if:

  • The product delivered is damaged during transit.
  • The product received is incorrect.
  • The product packaging is tampered with upon delivery.
  • The product has expired before delivery.

Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened food products.
  • Products consumed partially or fully.
  • Products stored improperly after delivery.
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer.

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
  • In certain cases, store credit or replacement products may be offered.

5. Replacement Policy

Where applicable, The Pasta Factory may offer:

  • Product replacement
  • Store credit
  • Full or partial refund

The resolution method will be determined after reviewing the claim.
